We are living in a fast, digital and demanding world, yet the topics you engaged with most were the ones that brought you back to yourself. As a cyberpsychologist and wellness and lifestyle futurist, I pay attention to patterns in how we live, work and connect. The articles that were most popular and received the highest engagement have given me a clear picture of where we are and where we are heading as we move into 2026.

In 2026 we will see more interest in joyful living, workplace culture that feels human, digital wisdom, modern leadership, leaning into pleasure and the role of food as a connector. Many of you are already seeking new ways to feel present, well and connected in your daily lives. Organisations are beginning to ask for culture-building ideas and approaches that feel warm and accessible and that are grounded in action that has real impact. I want the work to feel fun and a little playful too, because even the deepest ideas land better when people are smiling and genuinely enjoying the experience, and if we are exploring joy and presence, we may as well enjoy ourselves while we do it.
