Yummietarian™

A mindset and a living movement for a more joyful, connected and present life.

WELCOME TO YUMMIETARIAN

Being a Yummietarian™ is at the heart of my work.

You will find it explored more deeply in my book Live Life Yummie: A Delicious Rebellion, which is set to be published in 2026. The book is the foundation of years of exploration, work and passion. It brings the Yummietarian ‘philosophy’ to life with stories, research, expert guidance, lived experience and simple practices.

Being a Yummietarian is not about rules or restrictions. It is not a diet or a label. It is a way of living that invites you to feel more present, more connected and more yourself.

What does “Yummietarian” mean?

A Yummietarian is someone who chooses to Live Life Yummie. It goes far beyond what you eat. It is about how you live, how you feel and how you thrive in all aspects of your life.

And yes, you can be a Yummietarian no matter what is on your plate. This is about choosing what feels good for you in your real life and creating moments that help you feel more like yourself.

Yummietarians explore:

  • Joy and pleasure in small, simple rituals or daily habits

  • Food as a source of comfort, connection and creativity

  • Technology that supports wellbeing and enjoyment instead of draining it

  • A sense of anchoring with freedom in the everyday

  • Choices that feel kind, realistic and aligned

There are no good or bad foods or choices here. No purity tests. No pressure to perform wellness. Just curiosity, ease, openness and presence.

Yummietarians simply ask a gentle question:

What would feel more yummie for me right now?

A gentle note on food & eating

I am personally vegetarian, some weeks I’m almost vegan, though at the moment I find a very occasional diversion to fish. It feels right for me and aligns with what nourishes me (right now.)

But being a Yummietarian is not a diet. It is not vegetarian, pescatarian, carnivore, keto, flexitarian or plant-based. The list of food-ism is endless. While I do personally believe that more plants are good for us all, Yummietarian is not plant-based.

From time to time, I may share ideas about foods, flavour and sustainable choices. This is always an invitation and a way of sharing what I am exploring, and never a judgement or a rule.

Yummietarian is about personal agency. It is about your own rhythms, preferences and the way you choose to nourish yourself on and off the plate.

You are welcome here whether you eat everything, a mix of things or only your very favourite foods. Being a Yummietarian is about connection, joy, pleasure and presence, not labels. So welcome my fellow Yummietarian!

Why Yummietarian matters

Many people feel tired, stretched or overwhelmed. Our lives are full of screens, notifications and expectations. Wellness can become another pressure or another place to feel not enough.

Yummietarian offers something different. It is a gentle rebellion against perfection and performance. It brings you back to what is human.

Food. Joy. Pleasure. Connection. Culture.
The small things that make life feel meaningful and a little more delicious.

As a cyberpsychologist and wellness and lifestyle futurist, I created Yummietarian™ to help people navigate modern life in a warm, anchored, freedom-filled and real way. The ideas you find here were shaped through my research, teaching, travels and lived experience. They come together in Live Life Yummie.

Who can be a Yummietarian

Yummietarian is for anyone and everyone who wants to feel more alive in their everyday moments.

This includes people who:

  • Want more joy and pleasure in their days

  • Feel tired of rigid, competitive or judgemental wellness narratives

  • Appreciate food as a source of comfort, creativity and connection

  • Want a healthier and kinder relationship with technology

  • Value simple rituals that bring presence into real life

  • Prefer inspiration rather than pressure

  • Want language and ideas that help them feel more themselves

4. Bring me to your workplace, conference or event

I partner with organisations, events and professionals from all walks of life that want to strengthen connection, wellbeing and trust in meaningful and practical ways while having fun and feeding success.

As a cyberpsychologist and wellness and lifestyle futurist, I bring a clear understanding of how people work, connect and communicate in a digital world, including hybrid spaces and in-person environments. This includes the impact of digital culture and modern work practices on how teams feel and function.

Through talks, workshop-style events and experiences that spark real action, I help teams explore how food, digital culture and simple rituals can support a healthier and more human workday.

I also work with leaders on work culture strategy. This includes belonging, psychological safety and the new language of wellbeing. My approach blends research, lived insight and practical tools that teams can use straight away.

If your organisation is ready for a fresh, human-focused perspective coupled with the digital wisdom we need today for connection and culture, I can support you.
