Speaking & Participatory Experiences
Helping People Thrive in a Hyperconnected World
We have never been more connected.
We can communicate instantly with people on the other side of the world. We have access to more information than any previous generation. Technology has transformed how we work, learn, connect and create.
Yet many people are also feeling overwhelmed, distracted and stretched thin. Burnout is rising. Attention feels fragmented. Genuine connection can sometimes feel surprisingly difficult to find.
As organisations navigate rapid technological change, many are asking important questions. How do we support wellbeing in an always-on world? How do we strengthen connection and belonging? How do we help people thrive rather than simply keep up?
As a Cyberpsychologist, Wellness & Lifestyle Futurist and author of Live Life Yummie: A Delicious Rebellion, I explore what it means to live and work well in a hyperconnected world.
My work sits at the intersection of technology, digital culture, human behaviour, wellbeing and connection.
I do not believe technology is the problem. In many ways it is one of the greatest tools we have ever created. The question that interests me is how we can build healthier, more intentional relationships with it while also creating more connection, creativity, joy and meaning in our lives.
Through keynote talks, facilitated conversations and interactive experiences, I help audiences explore practical ways to thrive online, offline and in the spaces in between.

Signature Topics & Themes
The following topics and themes can be tailored to the needs of your organisation, audience or event.
The Human Connection Advantage
We often think of connection as something nice to have. In reality, it may be one of the most powerful drivers of wellbeing, engagement, creativity and performance.
The Human Connection Advantage keynote explores why connection matters, what gets in the way of it and how organisations can create environments where people feel more connected, valued and able to thrive.
Human Connection in a Hyperconnected World
We have never had more ways to connect, yet many people feel increasingly disconnected.
Human Connection in a Hyperconnected World explores the psychology of connection, belonging and wellbeing in modern life and examines how organisations can foster stronger relationships, healthier cultures and a greater sense of belonging.
Digital Wellbeing Without Digital Detox
Technology is not the enemy.
Digital Wellbeing Without Digital Detox explores how we can embrace the benefits of technology while protecting our attention, wellbeing and relationships.
Participants leave with practical and realistic approaches to creating healthier digital habits without abandoning the tools that support modern life.
Pleasure Is Intelligence
What if pleasure is not indulgence, but intelligence?
Drawing on psychology, wellbeing and lived experience, Pleasure is Intelligence explores how joy, presence and pleasure can help us make better decisions, build resilience and create richer, more meaningful lives.
The Yummietarian™ Table
The Yummietarian Table is an interactive participatory experience designed to bring people together through conversation, connection and shared reflection.
Gathered around food, coffee or refreshments, participants are guided through carefully curated questions and experiences that spark curiosity, encourage meaningful dialogue and help people connect more deeply with one another.
In a world where many interactions have become increasingly transactional, The Yummietarian Table creates space for people to slow down, listen, share stories and build genuine human connection.
The experience can be adapted for conferences, leadership teams, workplace wellbeing programmes, retreats, strategy days and special events.
When Nobody Wanted to Leave
One of the most meaningful compliments I have ever received was not spoken.
It happened when nobody wanted to leave.
Although the evening celebrated the launch of Live Life Yummie, I designed it to be much more than a book launch. My intention was to create an experience centred around food, conversation, connection and community.
Long after the formal part of the evening had ended, people stayed.
They gathered around tables. They met new people. They exchanged stories and ideas. Conversations flowed naturally and the room remained full of warmth, curiosity and connection.
As a cyberpsychologist, I was fascinated by what was unfolding.
As someone who has spent years creating experiences, communities and conversations, I recognised something else.
When people feel welcome, present and connected, they do not rush for the exit.
They stay.
That simple idea continues to inspire much of my work today.
Whether through keynote talks, facilitated conversations or The Yummietarian Table™, I create experiences that encourage people to slow down, engage more deeply and connect more meaningfully with one another.
The video below captures a glimpse of that evening.
