Exploring what it means to live fully and make meaning of the lives we live.

Bio

Rani Sheilagh is an Irish-Indian writer, author, cyberpsychologist (MSc) and speaker based in Ireland. Her work explores how modern life is shaping the way we think, feel and connect, and how we can live well within it, rather than in spite of it.

Working at the intersection of digital culture, food and lifestyle, she brings a deeply human lens to the challenges of a hyperconnected world. She explores how we have optimised life for speed, efficiency and output, often at a cost to ourselves and our relationships, and offers a more grounded alternative rooted in presence, pleasure and meaningful connection.

A central thread in her work is food, not as performance or perfection, but as one of the last shared rituals that brings people back to themselves and each other.

She is the author of Live Life Yummie: A Delicious Rebellion, introducing the Yummietarian mindset, a more human, grounded approach to living well, shaped by joy, simplicity and real life.
